This interview was done for the radio show Monitor hosted on NBC by Jim Lowe. Bob King, who was the long-time newscaster at WIBA-AM radio in Madison actually interviewed George. The date of this interview is probably in 1962, soon after the publication of Fisherman’s Beach, George’s only novel.
